I definitely want to take a moment to explain my personal experience with George and the whole bright light realty team. My goal for 2023 was to purchase my second house. From day one meeting and speaking to George. He was so understanding and committed to helping me reach my personal goal. George respected my budget and with this very competitive market with limited inventory. George accepted the challenge and helped me find my second house. George also helped me with renting my first house and the whole process not charging me for it. George stayed when I changed my mind and decided to sell my first house. Which we did sell my first house within a week. This is the level of commitment and partnership George provides for his clients. Thank you again George and the whole bright light realty team my family is grateful for the hard work that was giving for us.

My husband and I decided we wanted to buy a home for our son who joined us May of 2021 and in that year we were blessed with being able to call ourselves Homeowners! Hard work & patience played a big role in this process but it finally happened. We also wanna give a shout out to our Agent Jorge who unfortunately had a long 2 years with us!!! Jorge never gave up on us and he was very helpful & patient with us as we searched for our first home but he pulled through and made it happen when we felt like giving up. His wife Katherine also did an amazing job walking us through the loan process and got us the best deal in this crazy sellers market/bidding war. They really are the dynamic duo team and we’re so happy we picked them to help us in this exciting time of our lives. Still feels very surreal but we are excited we jumped the gun & chose them to get us our dream home!!!

I just want to start off by saying that Ive known Jorge Guzman for over 20 years since 2004, And in November 2020 without knowing too much of real estate I took a chance on him and his wife Kathy who Is the loan officer of the company, And he was able to beat 15 other offers and was able to get me my 6 bedrooms 3 bath with pool and was able to get me a 2.3% interest rate 30 yr fixed & 4 months later he beat 10 other offers to secure me my 2nd property this man has changed my life for the better and i cant wait for him to look for my next home i put all my trust in this man and he has never dissapointed me.

After struggling for a year or so with a previous Realtor that wasn’t able to get us into a home, Jorge and Kat came into our lives and within 2 months we were moving into our house. The process was so smooth and worry free I couldn’t even believe it was actually going to happen considering how stressful it was with our previous experience. He never rushed me, never made me feel small for starting where I did, and always had a plan when things got tricky. I’m sitting in my dream home right now because of him.
